The obscure "academic theory" somehow metastasized into being required to be taught or trained in Federal and other government agencies and public schools throughout the country. Did you look into who funded that? Or who funded Black Lives Matter? Or who funded Antifa? There's a lot of funding, political and otherwise, that goes into changing, or fundamentally transforming the country.
