Yes, she did say Build Back Better. So did Biden and Obama and other Dems before there was a Build Back Better bill. It was an often repeated SLOGAN of the Biden campaign, before he was even President. It was an agenda, a framework of promises his campaign made and repeatedly referred to it as "Build Back Better." When he took office, he began implementing some of his "Build Back Better" policies such as reversing some of Trump's tax cuts and spending on Progressive agenda's that helped fuel inflation. None of this had to do with Ingraham/Putin/Orban. It was all Biden and the Dems.
And it was part of his promised Build Back Better agenda--it was that "Build Back Better" spending Ingraham referred to, not the Build Back Better bill.
As you say, it's not complicated. No matter how much you hate Putin, and Orban, and try to attach Trump and now even the Republican Party to them.
It's not complicated. When you post a verbatim opinion from a leftist source and not attribute it nor use quotation marks, such as " Laura Ingraham Blames Build Back Better Agenda for Adding to National Debt – Even Though It Didn’t Pass", you often latch on to it without critical thinking and get exposed.
