Matt, yeah I'm the grandson mentioned in the article haha. I had been in crazy shape for a few years then gradually just let it slip away. After my Grandfather had his kidney removed(cancer) and I saw how well he was doing after, it motivated me to start back up again. Plus I gotta look good for the ladies at the beach this year
