Bars don't always do it and neither do ronz's some days. You should add a rigged ballyhoo/islander and and a deep diver plug rigged for tuna to the spread. If that still fails, pull into the school and drop a butterfly on them.
And of course, you can always use a depth charge and pick up what floats to the surface.
Look at the bright side: at least you saw them.
