so it's  paralleled to rhino horn...  
then you  have to think ahead to zero tuna= none left and how their
absence from the ocean will affect it....?  
yet....
Another part of me thinks that the earth,s ocean  is so friggan large and deep that it's impossible to track all of the tuna population...
