One side of me feels bad for the guy. He got gypped and the lawyers made out like the effin snakes they are.

But since he could be here illegally he shouldn't be entitled to anything to begin with...especially since 99% of these people send all their money home...He came here to make $800 a week which is probably 30 times what he'd make at home.

Nowhere in the article does it state that he was here illegally.I have to assume then he was here legally and absolutely taken advantage of by a bunch of bottom feeding scum.
