Tipping Captain and/or mate?
Going on a high-priced tuna trip in September. Buddy is actually paying (belated bachelor party) but I wanted to cover a tip.
How does the tip work? Never done this before. Do I tip the captain and mate, just mate, just captain? And if so, how much for each?
