Had a nice dinner last night. CB was fork tender after simmering for 3 hours. Cabbage was delicious (I like it with vinegar) and followed through with copius amounts of methane generation.

We also had Irish Soda bread that was the best I ever had.
Next week I'll boil up just some CB and do has and sandwiches.
