Cote's fly shop has a knock off of the regal vise that goes for around $50 that works pretty good. The best bet for under 200 is the Rinzetti Traveler saltwater model. I've gone through a bunch as I do a fair amount of comercial saltwater fly tying plus do my own tail hooks. be carefull of some of the ones that say they're as good as the Rinzetti. been there done that and have given them all either away or sent back then Got the Master.
