Just the talk of this is bringing memories of spots being burnt.Walls being built and fences going up,streets with "no parking" signs.Email lists,cell phone calls,loose lip tackle shop employees.Sorry for the rant.I've never heard of this snag and drop thing.Is it when you snag a 30 pack and drop a chunk or two in the ocean ?
