Nah, Krylon over BIN. The ones that I sanded lightly and and didn't break an edge are fine. The one's that I sanded through, wrinkled. Next time I'll use Krylon primer. If that fails, back to waterborn color. They're saveable after I resand and reprime, just a PIA. Time is so short these days.
