especially when you tell them they are related to dinosaurs
i often marvel at the way nuthatches hide seeds
similar to the way squirrels hide acorns
this one nuthatch would tuck a sunflower seed up under the roof shingles at each cut in the shingle until every space was occupied
for leaner times.... fairly ingenious if ya ask me...
