lets be serious about this. You cant for one second think that folks have only been working on moass plugs since november. Thats just a
dumb assumption
realistically I'd say that 70% on the board could knock out 40+ lures in a weekend. They just choose not to, and I probably wont again. You always get a
few guys who join just to get lures and they put forth a
minimum effort, while everyone goes balls out setting forth their
best efforts.
And people have posted stuff since then, contributing to the board etc...
Ananlyze the problem from within yourself.
If you feel you're not getting something from the board you would like, take some
initiative. To have it move in the direction you desire
Start an
imitate this post: put up a baitfish have whoever wants to participate of their own free will join up and try to imitate it, give one week for the submissions to come in. That would get fresh ideas going and new things circulating.
Always always, present a problem with a solution ALWAYS. Folks may start to think you're all about whining and being negative if you dont present a possible solution
with your problem
