saying it was " his fault "
then he should make sure his insurance company
pay for the damages then RIGHT?
he should be filing a claim of responsibility
with his insurance company
or paying for it out of his pocket...
because you were not driving ....and he was.
thats just my opinion of course...from
how you described the accident...
