I recently bought a new computer. Whenever I try to watch a video with Windows media player, my computer just sits there with the hourglass thing running and the video never loads. There was a shortcut icon on my computer when I got the computer, so I assume it is set up. Any thoughts or advice on what I am doing wrong?
