Post memory

To stimulate the brain, everyone usually thinks of tea and coffee. This is based on the caffeine in tea and coffee helping to enhance concentration. This substance will also increase the speed of dealing with information transmitted to the brain by up to 10 times. That’s why there are many food supplements produced for students to prepare for examinations which contain vitamins and caffeine. But caffeine products should be used in moderation to avoid side effects. Alcoholic products, even wine, should be avoided as they are the enemy of memory.
brewers yeast is a great vitamin suppliment in powdered/flaked form as it aids in the neuro connectivity of brain cells and makes the transmission of data easier.

added in: note....when you take to much caffiene your brain over amps....meaning its spinning so fast that it cannot focus on anything for very long before moving on to the next item for thought and then the next.... then its like you have a slipping clutch in a car....the motor's reving like mad but your not going anywhere.
