There is no translation for most of the things Biden says.

Today it was a recording of a guy singing Sinatra’s Summer Wind
But instead it was Solar Wind taken from a recent Biden speech.
Biden’s wife should be shot for allowing them to make the guy stand in like Weekend at Bernie’s.
