Kevin McCarthy is on tape saying that Donald Trump admitted he is guilty for inciting the insurrection.
“no person shall be a member of Congress or hold civil office if they had engaged in insurrection or rebellion after having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress”
Now you can explain how he didn’t engage, he just incited…..
