So...
If the laptop was in possession of the FBI since December, was it (or any emails etc..) not given to the Senate Homeland Security and Finance committee?
I am asking, because that report came out a month or so back....

This plot line would seem ridiculous in a movie at this point...*

Maybe they are making Enemy of the State 2 staring Rudy and 'Blind Mac'
