Hopefully in your case, it's not the CPU that's fried, since you mention you OC your PC. But that's a good start. And OCing shortens the life of a CPU and components, but I'm sure you already know...

I've never heard of a trade-in on computers unless you meant a company like Dell or Gateway, I think I heard once that they do tradeins... but I think only on their own products.
