Can somebody please post something with stripes I can look at? Here is another semi good LMB. I guess a nice way to end the vaca. Got some new pants too.

Same fish in both pics. But I have been gettin4-6 # fish on almost every outing. Hence the "schoolies" comment. Now show me some stripes PLEASE!!! Throw a dog a bone!!!! I need to live through you guys now. PLEASEEEEE!!!!

I release all my LMB and most of my stripers too. My car is just a few yards from where I cast. I showed one my buddies from work the pic in front of the Jeep today, he asked why I was keeping a Large Mouth, and I had to explain the whole story. I was like, look at the flexed dorsal fin dude. That thing has been out of the water for like 10 seconds and 2 pics. The only thing that is bad that I do is lay em down in the sand for a sec. I know it is bad for their slime.:smash:

yup.. I thought for sure that one made it.. I even shook his hand after netting it for him... it had everything but length...pulled the brass scale to 48..

And boy did she run! and run, and run, and run...


I certainly didn't time it, and Joe can correct me if I'm wrong, but the first run had to be a solid 30 seconds. We wondered if my drag had loosened. It has not been the typical fight, only one other fish has done that this season. And it was another close one.
