Kickboxing/Martial arts

Does anyone here like martial arts or ring sport?

I like to watch a Muay Thai bout. I hope to become a fighter someday. I'm sure some of you haven't seen what Muay Thai looks like.

Anyway, have any of you had a martial arts experience?

I study various styles;

1) Kung-fu (Northern Praying Mantis and Hung Gar)
2) Muay Thai- the most bloodiest sport of all...
3) Jun Fan (Bruce Lee's style)
4) Kali (Filipino style)
5)Wing Chun (a little of it)
6)Siliat- Indonesian and Malaysian style

I like Jackie Chan's style!

Jackie Chan's style comes from Chinese Opera and traditional Chinese Kung-fu styles.

Bruce Lee's style is "no style".

I was into Uechi-Ryu for a few years in the late 70's. Uechi is a real Martial art, Thai fighters are a bunch of shin kickers!:laughs:

Notaro,
You can take advantage of your martial arts skills on a lively eel, before you cast one out this year a couple of karate chops are always a good idea. I don't know martial arts so I prefer to just slap them on the ground while they're hooked. :D

fishsmith- lol, very funny, man. maybe i could do that.:p

swede- thais kick very strong and heavy. then i guess it makes me a shin kicker:D
