Vintage Penn 200 Sufmaster
 

I purchased this reel off ebay and it's in incredible condition. However, I want/need to remove the right side plate with the quick release screw. I have tried and tried and tried and YES I'm holding the spring loaded screw out, but I cannot get the thing to twist and release to check out the inside of this reel. Any pointers??

Okay, I got it. Used the rod mounting brackets and mounted it to a kitchen chair (hope my wife isn't watching) to get more leverage and voila, it came loose......lot's of old caked on grease! I know what I'll be cleaning this weekend!!! Thanks guys! I've been lurking this forum for a while, but finally posted! Very nice informative forum!!
