Anyone have a tile saw I can borrow/rent?

Need to tile my bathroom and would rather not buy one. Would need it for a few weekends at most.

Can pay with plugs :hihi:

thanks,

home depot cheapo works great. $100 or less I think.

Looked at them...they do look cheap. If I can't find something that's probably my route...

Spence, if you buy your tile at a good tile store,
they may cut them for you either NC or a nominal charge.

The project isn't terribly complicated but I will need to cut to fit on site unfortunately.

Welcome to use mine, but I'm a haul from you...... MK-101

Of course you could fit in a little fishing when you were up here.... Ask Luds or TDF, they've been out recently

I hear the Home Depot $80 specials work pretty well.

They sure do, and might even be cheaper than $80. mine has done 3 kitchens and 2 bathrooms, and as long as you've got trim boards around the base who cares how smooth the cut is. If you've got a ton of straight cuts, get the hand cutter (might be called a clinker cutter), saves tons of time and blade. Another good tool is Nippers, they bite little hunks of tile when the piece just won't fit.

good luck, measure twice, cut once and vote Republican.
