The first POTUS from another home country
|
this video was intentionally released by Obamoids to try to draw out "tea baggers" for a reaction so that the administration and media could attack and impune them as a group as loons, they are losing support and need a wedge issue to use between their fleeing flock and the group of folks that are waving the constitution and yelling.."hey, remember this???"...probably not going to work but watch for feigned shock and horror from the media drones that the "tea baggers" have once again brought up the issue...
remember...this same bunch provocatively marched through the protesters at the Capitol with a giant gavel on their way to vote on the HC legislation and then lied about racial and homophobic slurs and spitting afterward by "tea baggers"....there is no depth that is too low for this bunch....they are shameless and dangerous:uhuh: |
Sounds like she just misspoke and forgot to say "father's"...
I guess it would be funny if you were so anti-American you would grasp at ANYTHING to discredit our President and democratic system. Otherwise, it's pretty boring. -spence |

I don't have any doubts as to whether Obama is a natural born US citizen or not. I'm satisfied and he is our elected president. Funny how just a few years after many on the left were doing the exact same (some could say worse) also "were so anti-American [they] would grasp at ANYTHING to discredit our President and democratic system." Hell, I can find it here on these boards. Sad part is we have become so polarized as a country and so incapable of working together that we're really in for a bleep storm the next few years. |

There were some on the far left who disliked Bush from the start, but for the most part people gave him the benefit of doubt. It wasn't until the Iraq war started to be revealed for what it was that the mainstream support turned ugly. Hell, I was a Bush supporter on most issues until 2004. With Obama it's been an effort to undermine his foundation from the start, and many of the same topics continue to this day. This is why this thread is...and for no other reason. -spence |

...If you don't support our guy, you're unpatriotic blah blah blah... I see this on both sides but I also see the media pushing significant bias helping to fuel this. I was watching Chris Matthews for a while tonight and watched him rallying the troops against the "Teabaggers". First for sending in death threats to a WA Senator in which Matthews states the "teabagger" leaving the phone message says this and that and then he continues the piece with Pete Williams and cuts off Pete Williams when ole Pete states it was confirmed that the man issuing the threats was not a "republican", a member of the Tea Bag party. He cut off Williams when ole Pete started squashing his rant. Then Matthews had a video segment with "racial hate speech" on a congresswoman at some town hall meeting - I heard no racial speech in the segment - and she's cutting off a guy talking about how much programs cost. Since when does discussing how much programs COST constitute hate speech? Ooops, gotta run - have to go work now to pay taxes for stuff I cannot question about costs for being labeled racist :devil2: |

I think it started with he stole the election....twice and got worse from there. I too believe he is US born. I was shocked to hear otherwise, but who am I to question the First Lady. |

Remember the old WWII movies where they ask a baseball question to the spy to see if he's an American?

If you reallly believe he was born in another country, you should be ashamed of yourselves for doing nothing. File a law suit, go see the FBI, contact your senators, "load your muskets" and march on the white house.
What are you a bunch of internet heros? |
The opposition needs to get ahead of Obama to have any chance. Arguing points of passed initiatives and legislation and the (lack of merit) of the New Deal and the Great Society, fears of communism, loss of freedom, the rise of socialism, is not the way to go....these are abstractions to most people. If I was a rep strategist, I would emphasize the jobs issue.

There's a fine line between complaining and whining. Some of you guys have more than blown past the line and are far, far into the whining side. |

All that being said...the language and attitude towards Obama isn't like what I saw at Bush 43 at all. There's a very legitimate policy reaction, but also something underneath it all...something disturbing. -spence |

here's Barry's problem, aside from being a lousy president...like most narcisists..he holds and displays utter disdain and contempt for anyone that does not worship him...he's mostly fraudulent, pathalogically dishonest and completely inept at what really is needed right now and instead is determined to move a radical agenda forward regardless of the consequences....that is going to result in a lot of people really disliking you..:uhuh: |
