Sound problem
 
Sounds like a munchkin convention(Wizard of Oz type) when I play anything. WTF??? Setting or something?

I'd guess that the microphone is on thus creating feedback.
Turn off the mic.

If laptop and you have a external mic then be aware that laptops have a built in mic. If so, double check mic is off thru the software setting on the internal mic. The external can easily be turn on/off via a hardware switch.

The is a feature in windows that selects the type of speakers. I found it located in :

control panel
click multimedia, click audio, click advance properties, then select the type speakers that you presently have connected to you computer.

Found it, got desktop speakers selected like it always was. WTF...This is wierd.

Has onboard sound...realtek AC97 audio I think is the driver??

Downloaded a new driver and it drove out the munchkins..:cheers:
