Pencils at night I know it goes against conventional wisdom but especially at night it could find you some blind strikes.Anyone else have luck with this technique? |
|
 yes. |
|
For years the only thing we ever fished at Deep Hole and Carpenters at night were Poppers...both pencil and regular. The way the water break it's almost impossible to fish a swimmer correctly although we did use needles. :smokin: |

Put it this way I didn't know fishing poppers at night was unconventional until someone told me. |

When it comes to fishing you will learn NOTHING is "unconventional"..... Ever try a Kastmaster at night? :vamp: ... |

Well if it is not normal to use a popper at night what is a goog lure to use? I can see a Kastmaster is good as well but are there others? |
