webroot window washer
 

anyone know how to remove this I go to add and delete I keep getting error messages wont let me delete it I get this key code pop up everytime I log on and im trying to get rid of it but cant any Help.

How do I uninstall the Window Washer?
To uninstall Window Washer:

Run the Uninstaller
Go to Start > Program Files > Window Washer > Uninstall
Restart the computer
If this fails, or if this option is not available to you:

Go to Start > Control Panel
Select Add/Remove Programs
Select Window Washer and then select Remove
Restart the computer
If you are still unable to uninstall the program, please create a support ticket at http://support.webroot.com/ics/suppo...asp?deptID=776 or contact our support team at 1-866-612-4227 Monday-Friday 7am to 6pm MST.

go into registry and delete it

MM should not go into the Registry - not good...

Mike - many of the webroot apps have a file that ends in xxxxxxcleanup.exe in the program folder - you may try to get rid of it there if that's an option (after you try RL's recommendation)

I contacted webroot
 

they gave me a removal tool its gone.
