wire sleeves?

Does anyone know where I can find some good quality wire sleeves (single barrel) at a decent price for bulk quantities?

I'm looking for 3mm inner diameter...

Try Rosco , they have some that are real close. 3mm=.118 rosco has some .116+/- .005. in lots of 5000. Hope this helps.
