Anyone have any good duck recipies they feel like sharing???

Duck recipe.
 

Soak the duck in water and vinegar for a few hours in the fridge.Then stuff it with apple and boil it for a half hour,afterwards throw out the apple.Then put in regular stuffing and chop up as much cellery, oinion and mushroom as you prefer and cover the bird with it.Throw in some carrot and potato and bake it till done.A little parsley works well also.

Thanks. all the striper is gone and thanks to hubby the freezer is now full of duck (which I havent acquired a taste for) but I am trying......
