Dear Congress...
 
"Last year I mismanaged my funds and this year my family and I cannot decide on a budget. Until we have come to a unified decision that fits all our needs and interests, we will have to shut down our checkbook and will no longer be able to pay our taxes. I'm sure you will understand.

That's the most sane thing said so far by anybody in this whole ordeal.

People really should send that exact message to their reps.I'm actually going to cut and paste that in emails to Langevin,Reed, Whitehouse and Cicilline.

Congress is a mess.
