With the abundance of baby herring in the harbors and rivers people do not know when they R jigging up river herring...It is illegal to keep river herring...around here the enviromental police have started fining people catching the river herrin...fine here the last few days has been 50 bucks.

It is simple to tell the difference... No Teeth No Keep.
