Doesn't sound good. In the article it says the SeaTow operator recovered the 4 occupants and released the tow line. Who is responsible for the recovery of the vessel? Is it on the owner of the vessel of on SeaTow as they were involved in the rescue? Just curious.

Interesting. Had to release the tow in order to make best speed to the hospital? Certainly can't argue the choice.

I’m sure hypothermia was a concern if they were in the water . Or it was taking on so much water it became a hazard to his boat

No loss of life . Always a good outcome

Of course safety comes first, but I would think they'd attach a float to the tow line and mark the coordinates for the coast-guard to verify any fuel/contaminants/etc... as well as possibly hauling it out...not sure how the "Wreck Act" comes into play for things like this...

Hopefully everyone fully recovers
