Lots of muscle. They have to keep up with the regimen because they are rectangle body types which is more like an average woman. You're seeing them at the best they'll ever look right now. As they age and get 20lbs off their competition weight, they go downhill quick. 5'10" and a 180 pounds not toned, looks like crap.
