Put the plugs away, and use the live eels. There is NO COMPARISON-None.

i agree, eels are solid.

but not good for me lately, spent fri nite on the east end from 11-2am slinging eels, nothing. then last nite, east end from 9-1am, 1 keeper. 1 fish, 6 hours. it is what it is, i guess

Hey....you like what you like! With me its wood.....and a matter of pride! Love them nights when the plugs outfish the eels......they do happen!:cool:

I wish those nights happened more often. I would much rather not use eels. Its alot of extra trouble. :rollem:

Thats why I normally dont use them, ussually just really late season.
