Even simple paints like createx?? I've never noticed any fumes with those.

Good call on the overspray factor. I'll also bring an empty plug bag. ;) :D :smash: :smash:

Got Stripers 12-19-2003 06:40 AM

Slip depends on work/family but I'm still shooting to come, love an excuse to swap stories and talk fishing. Looks like no sweat stuff on your list, so I'll try to "sweat" talk my better half into some tollhouse cookies.

Slipknot 12-19-2003 09:38 AM

:D Thanks!

Sounds good, I'll tell ya all about how this *Richard* is gonna be set up, and how much he deserves it ;)

Notaro 12-20-2003 01:27 PM

I wil bring sodas and some meats (party favor deli pack).

BigFish 12-20-2003 06:43 PM

Slip....would it be a problem if I bring meatballs instead of wings???? I bought too many meatballs for the holidays and I would like to use them! They are awesome, I am gonna have some now! Just let me know!

goosefish 12-22-2003 07:21 PM

I've got to check the calander, but if it's clear then I'd love to go. I don't know if there're any oyster lovers in the group, if there are then I could bring 50-100 oysters. I'd do the sh#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&g. The thing is, sh#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&g can be messy. If only a few people like oysters then I could bring less, or none at all--no hurt feelings; I'd understand.

goosefish 12-22-2003 07:25 PM

I'd be happy to donate a box of oysters to the Benefit Auction, if I can't make the trip North.

Nebe 12-22-2003 07:29 PM

Did someone say oysters!?(956$%$^*&*&^5674????////////+_":laughs:  :rotf2:

goosefish 12-22-2003 07:47 PM

That's one.
Just thought of something--oysters and soda pop????????
Not a match made in heaven.
There is a relationship between oysters and beer. The more beer drunk, the more oysters eaten.
Don't know.
Something to think about. Let me know what you guys think.

Slipknot 12-22-2003 08:45 PM

I like oysters, and you're right, they go better with beer.

Bigfish, no problem with the meatballs.

blackeye 12-22-2003 08:49 PM

is there gonna be any kind of hardware for sale (lips, grommets, hooks, etc)? I have some needs that cannot be satisfied with conventional measures...

UserRemoved1 12-22-2003 08:54 PM

I planned on bringing a limited amount of stuff....

Beer? I thought you said no beers allowed. Does anyone have any light kirin or sapparo for the night?

The oysters have higher carbs than proteins they contain. Hence the reason why beer goes better with oysters.

sounds delicious...RAW, right?

Slipknot 12-23-2003 08:36 AM

No Beer Notaro. I guess I should have phrased it - they WOULD go better with beer.

The Club will not allow any booze.

Clammer, of course you can come too. I don't know what you mean by selling, there will most likely be some components available and rod blanks but this thing is not a flea market, it's a plug building get together.

goosefish 12-23-2003 08:40 AM

Sounds like some intrest. I should be able to shuck, in the back, by the sink so something. I'II bring an extra knife.
Should I fabricate a name tag with my handle on it? Seems like most you guys know each other. Could also ware a stinking goosfish head hung around my neck on a string.

RI guys--car pool??????????????????????

capesams 12-23-2003 01:26 PM

not a flea market:mad: :p

Flaptail 12-23-2003 01:48 PM
