You can't worry about what happens in a week. When I get paid on the 30th, my 401k contribution will buy on the dips. When you invest over a long period of time, dips are a good thing, it's called dollar cost averaging.

Why did you put "cuts" in quotes, out of curiosity? Income tax rates are lower than they used to be. Do you only concede that's a true cut, if the sitting President happens to be a democrat?

I don't know when was the last time Congress allowed federal income tax cuts to expire. But I'm not worried those cuts are going away. Unfortunately it's a long, long loan.

I'll only owe that $200 back if there is zero growth stimulated by the cuts. Sorry, I mean "cuts". The cuts won't pay for themselves, but they have already had a stimulative effect, just look at Apple and Comcast...

And the 200 you save will just be shell gamed into higher property taxes when your town re apraises your house to make up for federal funding shortfalls.

Stop making this complex. His check went up $200. I think it is best if you to spend a week with him in it so that you can appreciate what Trump has done for us.
