FP, that's all well and good, but did it accomplish anything? The way Fat Allen was prattering on you would have thought the state cut taxes by 25% yesterday...

And I for one Buckman am not a mindless sign-holder.
I write letters when I get annoyed :D

Rock,
Hopefully more of the voters will get up off thier rusty dustys and write. Do you know that when a congressman gets 6 letters on an issue they consider it a crisis? If we all write, we can accomplish something.

If you're asking me this, you didn't spend much time reading the rest of the thread.

:hihi:I see, that's what happens when I am busy at work...I haven't been around much as work is REALLY picking up..glad to see some of these big pharmaceutical companies freeing up some construction money!

What I find so ironic is the corporate endorsement of some this misplaced, and in some cases, unhinged, frustration. Seems like they have turned to the misguided outrage of the public to advance corporate interest. Classic bait and switch scheme.

I may have even seen some hate mongering, perhaps someone can explain what signage questioning Hussein Obama's birthplace have to do with taxes. I guess its because he was born in Mogadishu and can pronounce south central asian names.

That's because Obama is giving them mega bucks to play with.

Mission Accomplished: Tax Day Tea Parties demonstrate that GOP's most vocal supporters are ignorant, ill-informed fringe dwellers. Wait, that WASN'T the goal?
