ok. The Housy is a great place b/c we can cast from shore, test plugs, and the abus at the same time. I've going up and just going through plugs I haven't used in a long time to see how they swim
Thanks for taking time to go through your 'laundry list" of yard/home improvements. Definitely interested. Preliminary thoughts on the work:
Porch - updated 'grill' work - take down existing, build 3 new frames, , left of stairs hinged as a gate, using existing lattice and new 1 x 6's for frame - it's around 5 hours or so for this plus material.
Moulding - less than 3' piece to cut and install - 1 hour plus material
Railing/Column - railing shouldn't take more than 1-2 hours to install. New bases for columns can take a few hours. My concern is if we need to replace rotted wood on right column . so let's say 4 hours plus material
Fence: take down driveway fence - 1 hour
take down and rebuild sections (didn't think it was all of them) maybe 4 or 5 - 4 hours , dig holes, concrete and set posts - 4 hours - reinstall fencing 4 hours
So, preliminary is probably around 3 days work plus material
thinking around $600 plus $200 material
