Yard work, Work Work, recovery. Mildish injury groggily walking on falling down several stairs so need to do a little recovery for that.

What's up for the weekend?
 
Working tomorrow. Tree cutting and cutting brush Sunday. Believe it or not, I am cutting a new field on the Ponderosa.
 
Working tomorrow and attending a going away party for my nephew on Sunday. He is leaving for the Army. He has quite the plan for his future and is doing everything he can to execute it.
 
Spending lots of time online today, sorting out long term care options for Peg, my soon to be wife this coming Tuesday. Sadly she has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, so it's been weeks of checking off boxes like health care proxy, power of attorney and getting married after 20 years together to simplify legal issues. For me it's a cruel irony, in that I watched my father and brother die a long painful death with this disease and I have pushed myself every year to learn a new craft to keep my brain spinning to avoid just this and then Peg get's it. Just one year with the new kayak, but considering whether selling it might be my next check box. Golfing in the area and in reach is one thing, getting back in and home from a trip out to Sakonnet point this fall might be another thing, but at a minimum I might be all freshwater local for the coming future.
 
So sorry to hear this is happening to her, Bob. I am sure she is grateful for you being you.
 
Hey Bob ....................if ya need some [ME} time I,ll take out if ya want or if you just want to ride after 09/15/2026 I can go back on the off road /beaches but to be honest that doesn,t go to well because with the weather being nice .waaay to many people .,.

Sorry to hear that.

I certainly don't know but perhaps you should talk to an attorney about the marriage. You can still have control of Peggy's care with the POA.

She has already given me POA and health care proxy, but getting married just seals it up tight so no questions. Thanks.
