Pic 4-Paint green stripes across back. (I use the orange line on the bottom as a start and stop point for the green stripe.)

Pic 5- This is how I do my scale patterns....time consuming perhaps but it works for me and I get the desired results! Clip on the tulle'. Paint the scales silver.....let paint tack up for about 2-3 minutes before removing tulle' carefully.

Pic 6-Silver scales are painted on the sides only with subtle overlap into the orange area.

Additional tips: If you get a little spatter while doing the green do not worry....the silver scale will cover any imperfections in the green and screen the green paint for the most part! After you spray the silver scale and the silver eyes I like to run another quick spray of orange top and bottom to clean up any overspray of silver that may mist into the orange.....makes for a clean look!:uhuh:
