Plugfest 2013 date = March 16 at 8:30 AM

Hey everyone, I hope all is well out there in plug building land.
Time to start thinking about the date for Plugfest so we can secure the hall again. I think John liked the Elks hall we had it at last year, plenty of room for all.

so what dates are there already other events being held on like the fishing shows etc.? we want to avoid them if possible.

first week or 2 in March seems to work

so throw some dates out and I'll put up a poll

Here are some dates for upcoming shows. Not sure when Mass Bass is, havent found a date. I copied and pasted them so I believe they are correct.

N.E. Hunting and Fishing Show - Hartford,Conn Feb 15-17

Surf Day - Feb 23

International Custom Rod Builders Expo in N.C. - Feb 23-24

Berkley Fishing Flea Market - March 3

RISAA - March 8-10

Somerset Saltwater Expo - March 15-17

Even if MSBA is that weekend, they're pretty close together it might be a perfect marriage.
 
I might not be able to make it the 16th.. unknowing to me. the boss has here St. paddy's day party that evening... I'm not giving up just yet...

I will pencil it in. I have never been and always wanted to attend. Looks like I gotta get turning.

I am going to try to make this one and maybe cover it for the magazine. It has been a looong time since I attended a Plugfest event (probably going way back to when we held it in Slipknots garage).
