MMA-CLOOOOSING

Just read that the MMA wants to deny access to there property,(from the stone pillers) up along the rocks, got a lot of comment from guys that fish there,I believe the town needs support from fishermen, to help keep it open.Do any of you guys fish there? or have read the same.

We heard recently about that - not cool. MikeP said that there is something in their agreement when they recieved their land, that it remain accessible....

JOHN,look like some of the guys that fish there will have an UP HILL battle,even if the town does owen the land.goverment seems to always win.I always stop there, an take a break an eat lunck an watch the guys fishin."GOOD LUCK GOOD FISHIN"

I really have not heard much more about this but it seems to be a parking problem. Looks like the MMA wants all the spots that the fisherman normally park in. Hopefully we will be able to "walk-in" but we'll see as the season gets going.
 
Does anyone know if there is a point of contact or e-mail at MMA for comunity issues? Their site is pretty vague...
